Our company is in Illinois, USA. Our products ship from our Illinois warehouse to customers worldwide.
Shipping costs are determined by the customer's location. You will automatically receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped. You can track it directly with the link in your email or on our "Track My Order" link.
Delivery time is typically 8 - 15 business days for most countries.

If you placed an order and didn't receive any confirmation emails, please let us know - we will make sure to give you an update!
We only offer a free replacement (strictly no refunds) for packages that don’t arrive without proof of delivery. If tracking shows the order as delivered and you still can’t locate it, please contact the delivery carrier directly, as they are the only party able to investigate delivery details. We are not responsible for lost packages if tracking shows the order as delivered.
